Price: $ 380 A 60–75 minute comprehensive diagnostic evaluation covering substance use history, psychiatric comorbidities, withdrawal risk, medication suitability (buprenorphine, naltrexone, disulfiram, acamprosate, stimulant‑use disorder meds), and safety planning.

Follow‑Up Medication Visits

These visits typically include: Medication management, cravings assessment, relapse‑prevention planning, urine drug screen review, buprenorphine induction, and therapy integration.
