Initial 1 hour evaluation appointment with Dr. Ghelber = $380 (when scheduling, a $50 required booking fee will be collected upfront), and the balance upon checking into the appointment is $330
Follow up appointments: $200
Nurse Practitioners
Initial 1 hour evaluation appointment with a nurse practitioner = $365 (when scheduling, a $50 required booking fee will be collected upfront), and the balance upon checking into the appointment is $315
Follow up appointments: $175
Ketamine:
1st ketamine infusion: $650
All infusions thereafter: $450
TMS:
$250-$450 per appointment session (rate per each appointment session depends on the protocol )
